We are currently implementing an update in our approach for NIX18 compliance checks. We continuously monitor our processes and carefully listen to our clients and our mystery shopping community. As a result, we have learned that the NIX18 process can be further refined, and we are wasting no time in making improvements. Achieving 100% NIX18 compliance is a goal we are committed to. As sports enthusiasts and regular visitors to our local football heroes, we are delighted to announce the partnership between Secret View and Vitesse. In the 2023|2024 season, our "mystery supporters" will conduct research on the fan experience at GelreDome during every home game.

We are proud to announce our collaboration with jeans brand CHASIN’. We have already started conducting a comprehensive customer experience research at all CHASIN’ stores spread across the Netherlands. Besides valuable insights for CHASIN’, these are also interesting assignments for our community.

After a successful pilot, we are happy to announce that we will be providing SushiPoint with valuable feedback through mystery shopping research! SushiPoint is a fast-growing sushi chain with 40 locations throughout the Netherlands. All locations are visited monthly by our mystery shoppers.
