On October 10, 2025, the sixth edition of the Secret View Client Day took place at the iconic Pathé Tuschinski in Amsterdam. More than 75 clients, partners and colleagues came together for an afternoon full of inspiration, networking, and fresh insights into customer experience.

Last month, we travelled once again to the city of Bossche bollen, because Marie-Stella-Maris Den Bosch won the Experience of the Month Award! Every month, our mystery shoppers visit hundreds of shops and hospitality venues, and from all these results we select the most remarkable, customer-friendly, or outstanding experience. In August, the visit to Marie-Stella-Maris stood out above the rest.

This month we travelled to Twente; the land of klootschieten (a traditional Dutch ball-throwing game), krentenwegge, and excellent customer service, because Holland & Barrett Hengelo wins our Experience of the Month award! Every month, our mystery shoppers visit hundreds of stores and hospitality venues, and from all these results we choose the most remarkable, customer-friendly or outstanding experiences. In July, this was without a doubt Holland & Barrett.

You probably know them from the iconic red-and-yellow vending wall: FEBO! We’re proud to share that we entered into a collaboration with FEBO a few months ago! FEBO has chosen Secret View to create insight in the guest experience, and measurably improve it, from ordering to delivery. Our mystery shoppers visit every FEBO location in the Netherlands each month.

We’ve got some sweet news for all our candy and chocolate fans: we’ve partnered with none other than Jamin! Following a successful pilot, it was time to take things further. From now on, our shoppers will visit all Jamin stores in the Netherlands six times a year.

Juicy burgers, solid partnership! Fat Phill’s is taking over the Netherlands with its irresistible burgers, sandwiches and loaded fries. And our mystery shoppers will be investigating that experience, from arrival to departure.
