From online favourite to more than 40 physical boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and now also in Paris: jewellery brand My Jewellery continues to grow. To enhance the customer experience in all its stores, the brand is now working with Secret View. By deploying monthly mystery shoppers, we capture the customer experience in detail and help the jewellery and fashion brand grow in a focused way.

Since 2011, the Dutch brand Marie-Stella-Maris has been working to change the world through personal care and mineral water. Over €2.5 million has already been donated to water projects worldwide, helping more than 125,000 people gain access to clean drinking water. The B-Corp brand is ambitious and growing rapidly both in the Netherlands and abroad.

For nearly 55 years, AMI Kappers has been a pioneer in the hairdressing industry. They were the first to introduce 'walk-in haircuts' and launch their own trendline. Today, AMI Kappers boasts 104 salons across the Netherlands, and their growth shows no signs of slowing.

Since 2018, SOFACOMPANY Benelux has been conducting customer eperience research with Secret View. Each month, our mystery shoppers carry out assignments at all SOFACOMPANY locations. Since 2021, NS AH to go has been conducting customer experience research with Secret View. NS (Dutch Railways) is the biggest franchiser of AH to go. Every week, all 47 locations at Dutch train stations are visited by Secret View's mystery shoppers.
