Why choose an incentive program?
We believe in rewarding, not punishing. The results of our research are meant to help us learn together. That’s why it’s important to acknowledge what’s going well, and truly appreciate it. This way, positive behaviour won’t go unnoticed.
Research shows that incentives are motivating and lead to better performance. Strict rules and penalties? They rarely contribute to a positive learning culture.
How does it work?
There are two options: Milestones or Streaks. Both are linked to the annual customer experience research, internal audits or compliance research.
Together, we decide which scores a location needs to hit to earn an incentive. With Milestones, the progress continues, even if a location scores below target. With Streaks, it resets back to 0. That’s how easy it is to build a positive learning culture!
When should you choose Milestones or Streaks?
Milestones
With Milestones, your team works towards rewards at set milestones. Every step forward counts, even if there’s a dip now and then. This keeps motivation high and encourages a culture focused on learning and improvement.
Streaks
Streaks are all about momentum: every time a team meets the targets, the streak continues. But a lower score? Then the counter resets to zero and the team starts over. This creates focus and discipline.

Do I need to take any action to send an incentive?
No. We’ll set everything up together, choose the rewards, and take care of the rest. All we need is your logo in SVG format.
Can we use both Milestones and Streaks at the same time?
At the moment, you’ll need to choose one.
If a survey is rejected afterward, do we still receive a reward?
To prevent confusion, we set a review period. After one week, survey results are final and the incentive is sent.
Can we add our own rewards to the program?
Yes. We’re happy to include your own incentives as long as they fit within the agreed framework.
What happens if a location no longer qualifies for a Milestone or Streak?
Yes. We’ll decide together which KPIs apply, such as overall score or specific stages of the customer journey.
Can Milestones and Streaks be based on different KPIs?
With Milestones, progress stays on track even after a lower score. With Streaks, the counter resets and starts from zero.
How fast will a reward be sent after reaching a milestone or streak?
Rewards are sent within 3 to 5 working days after the survey is approved. That way, your team gets quick and positive feedback.
What does the program cost?
For both Milestones and Streaks, you pay a license fee plus the cost of the rewards. Reach out to learn more about the pricing.
