I cannot log in

Secret View uses passwordless login. You will receive an email containing a secure login link or verification code that gives you access to your account.

Have you not received the email?

  • Check that you entered the correct email address
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Search your inbox for an email from Secret View

I cannot see any assignments

Available assignments depend on your location, your profile and the assignments currently offered by our clients. This means that there may temporarily be no suitable assignments available near you.

Make sure your profile is complete and that you have given the app access to your location where required.

I am not receiving notifications

Check your phone settings to make sure notifications are enabled for the Secret View app. Also check that your notification preferences are set correctly in the app.

The app is not working properly

Try the following steps first:

  1. Fully close the app and open it again.
  2. Check that you have a working internet connection.
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
  4. Restart your phone.
