Why choose an incentive program?
We believe in rewarding, not punishing. The results of our research are meant to help us learn together. That’s why it’s important to acknowledge what’s going well, and truly appreciate it. This way, positive behaviour won’t go unnoticed.
Research shows that incentives are motivating and lead to better performance. Strict rules and penalties? They rarely contribute to a positive learning culture.
How does it work?
There are two options: Milestones or Streaks. Both are linked to the annual customer experience research, internal audits or compliance research.
Together, we decide which scores a location needs to hit to earn an incentive. With Milestones, the progress continues, even if a location scores below target. With Streaks, it resets back to 0. That’s how easy it is to build a positive learning culture!
¿Cuándo elegir Milestones o Streaks?
Hitos
Con Milestones, tu equipo trabaja para obtener recompensas en los hitos establecidos. Cada paso adelante cuenta, incluso si hay una caída de vez en cuando. Esto mantiene alta la motivación y fomenta una cultura centrada en el aprendizaje y la mejora.
Rayas
Las rachas se basan en el impulso: cada vez que un equipo alcanza los objetivos, la racha continúa. Pero, ¿una puntuación más baja? Luego, el contador se restablece a cero y el equipo comienza de nuevo. Esto crea concentración y disciplina.
