Secret View helps retail and hospitality organizations worldwide measure and improve their customer experience. We do this using our self-built mystery shopping platform, our community of 65,000+ mystery guests, and an AI-powered dashboard that you, as a developer, will help build.

We coordinate hundreds of mystery shopping assignments every day. This requires tight planning, clear communication, and quick thinking. As a Community Planner, you play a key role in this.

About the team

As a Community Planner, you are part of the Operations team. You work closely with other planners and Customer Success Managers.

The team is young, committed, and works with short communication lines. We help each other, move fast, and continuously think about how to make processes smarter and more efficient.

About the role

As a Community Planner, you make sure our mystery shoppers are in the right place at the right time. You maintain oversight, monitor deadlines, and ensure assignments are completed on time and correctly.

You communicate daily with our community via phone and email and actively think along about improving planning and communication processes. In this role, you have a direct impact on the satisfaction of both our clients and our community members.

What will you do?

As a Community Planner, you ensure that our mystery shoppers are at the right place at the right time, so all assignments are completed on time and correctly.

• You create the most efficient possible schedules and maintain oversight of ongoing assignments
• You communicate daily with our community via phone and email to motivate shoppers to take on assignments
• You monitor deadlines, think ahead, and respond smartly to last-minute challenges
• You work in our own platform to assign tasks and monitor progress
• You support with administrative tasks when needed or assist colleagues in the team
• You work closely with teams such as Operations, Support, Community Building, and Customer Success

Your work has direct impact: when you meet your goals, our clients are satisfied and our community members stay engaged. This sometimes means going the extra mile to get that last assignment completed — and you don’t shy away from that.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,400 and €2,800 (based on 40 hours)
• A full-time position of 40 hours per week
