Secret View helps retail and hospitality organizations worldwide measure and improve their customer experience. We do this using our self-built mystery shopping platform, our community of 65,000+ mystery guests, and an AI-powered dashboard that you, as a developer, will help build.

Every day, we process hundreds of mystery shopping assignments and analyze large volumes of data. With smart dashboards and AI-driven features, we provide our clients with insights to continuously improve their service. Our platform is used globally and continues to grow rapidly.

About the role

As a Junior Back-end Developer, you will contribute to the back end of our platform. You support the development and maintenance of APIs and functionality and gradually learn how the platform is structured from a technical perspective.

You work on concrete tasks within the team and steadily grow toward greater independence. You receive guidance from experienced developers and the CTO. The focus is on learning, development, and gaining hands-on experience within a professional product team.

What will you do?

• Contribute to the development of back-end services and APIs
• Maintain and extend existing functionality
• Collaborate with other developers within the team
• Learn to work with modern back-end technologies
• Gradually take on more responsibility

What skills do you need?

• At least 1 year of experience with C#
• At least 1 year of experience with .NET Core
• At least 1 year of experience with MS SQL
• Basic knowledge of back-end development and APIs

Nice to have (or willing to learn):

• ASP.NET and Entity Framework Core
• Docker and CI/CD
• Cloud environments
• Agile development within a development team

You are eager to learn, motivated, and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy developing yourself and taking responsibility for your own growth.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,600 (based on 40 hours)
