What is the Spotlight feature?

The Spotlight feature helps you turn great results into powerful, personal moments. Effortless and right when it matters. It helps build stronger engagement, better performance and a positive team culture.

How to put someone in the Spotlight?
It only takes three steps in your dashboard:
- A location achieves something remarkable. Like a 100% score, a sudden improvement, or anything else worth celebrating.
- You choose the incentive, personalise it if you want, double-check the address, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Happy team members who feel seen and appreciated!
