Get started with the new Secret View app in just a few steps

1. Discover assignments faster

Open the app and log in as usual. You’ll be taken directly to the Discover page, where you’ll see assignments that match your location and interests. Of course, you can also search for assignments yourself. For example, use the map to see which assignments are available near you. With the filters, you can easily select the types of assignments that best match your interests.

Tip: turn on location services and app notifications so you’ll be among the first to hear about new assignments near you! 🙌

2. View all your assignment details at a glance

Found an interesting assignment? Open it to see all the important information at a glance.

You’ll see things like:

• what you’ll be doing during the visit
• what you need to pay attention to
• when you can complete the assignment
• what budget or compensation you’ll receive

This makes it easier to choose an assignment that suits you and gives you an even clearer idea of what to expect.

3. Some assignments can be claimed instantly

When you sign up, you’ll immediately choose the date you want to complete the assignment.

Choose a date marked with a ‘⚡️’? The assignment will be assigned to you instantly. There’s no need to wait for a selection.

Choose a date further in the future? You’ll be entered into the draw. You’ll receive a notification as soon as we know whether the assignment has been assigned to you. So don’t forget to turn on notifications in the app.

4. View your current and upcoming assignments

Under My Assignments, you’ll find all the assignments you’ve signed up for.

Here you can see:

• which assignments have been assigned to you
• which assignments you’re still entered in the draw for
• which assignments are coming up soon

From this overview, you can access all the information you need to prepare for and complete your visit.

5. Complete the survey in the app

Completing surveys is now even easier. Any required attachments you need to provide during an assignment, such as a photo of the store or your receipt, can now be taken and uploaded directly in the app. Of course, our web platform will still remain available too!

Please note: you can no longer upload these photos from your device at a later time. You’ll need to take them directly in the app during the assignment. This way, you can see all the important requirements at a glance and are less likely to forget a required step.

Added all the required photos and attachments? You can then continue with the rest of the survey, which can also be completed quickly and easily in the app.

6. View your payments in your Wallet

Under Wallet, you’ll find your balance and payments. You can see which amounts are still due to you and which payments have already been processed.

7. Manage your profile and invite friends!

Under Profile, you can update your personal details and settings. You’ll also find the ratings for your completed surveys here.

You can also use Invite & Earn to invite friends to complete an assignment. If they sign up and successfully complete the assignment, you’ll receive an additional reward.
