As a mystery shopper, you help brands improve their customer experience. You visit a store, restaurant, or location and go through the customer journey just as you normally would. As a reward, you receive shopping credit to try a product or service.
Beforehand, you always receive a briefing and the questionnaire, so you know exactly what to pay attention to. After your visit, you fill out the questionnaire with scores and specific comments on the key aspects of the customer journey.

Mystery shoppers, if possible, make a purchase and fill out a detailed questionnaire after the visit, assessing the customer experience.
Does it cost money to sign up?

How do I get an assignment?
Create anaccount, log in to the platform, complete the identity verification, and choosean assignment near you. You apply and wait for confirmation that you’ve beenselected.
How much do I earn per assignment?
This variesper assignment. In the platform, you always see the reward in advance. Forexample, shopping credit to purchase a product or service, or a financialcompensation. That way, you know exactly what to expect before you apply.
Do I need experience to get started?
No. You willalways receive a briefing and a questionnaire, so you know exactly what to lookfor. If you can clearly describe situations and provide honest, constructivefeedback, you’re already off to a great start.
How quickly do I need to complete the questionnaire?
Within 24hours after your visit to the location. That way, everything is still fresh inyour memory and we can share your feedback with the location as quickly aspossible.
When do I get paid?
This variesper assignment:
· Assignments with shopping credit: you usually receive the shopping credit in advanceand spend the full amount during your visit.
· Instant assignments: payment is made at the next payment moment, which is the first Mondayafter your assignment; it usually appears in your account within 1–2 days.
· Assignments with a financial compensation: payment is made onceyour questionnaire has been approved; it usually appears in your account within 1–2 days.
Why do you do an ID check?
For severalreasons:
· We must comply with laws and regulations (such as DAC7), which requireidentity verification. This does not automatically mean you have to pay tax;that depends on your personal situation.
· You receive a reward for your assignment, and sometimes we need to beable to reclaim shopping credit if an assignment is not (properly) completed.
· For compliance checks (alcohol/tobacco), we sometimes specifically lookfor 18- and 19-year-olds.
What is the quality score (reputation) and why is it important?
With everyquestionnaire you complete, you build your reputation. Your questionnaire receives a quality scorebased on:
· Quality: are your answers clear, do you describe situations concretely, and doyou provide constructive feedback?
· Reliability: did you carry out the assignment according to the briefing and completeall steps?
· Language: sentence structure, language use, and spelling.
You alwayssee an average score and can compare how you performed relative to yourprevious questionnaire. You can find more information in the platform.
What do you expect from me as a mystery shopper?
That youbehave like a regular customer, follow the briefing carefully, and providehonest, concrete, and constructive feedback. You don’t have to be “strict,” butyou do need to be clear.
