Didn’t hit the mark this time? No stress. If the next score is back on track, the next Milestone is still within reach. This keeps your team motivated and focused on progress.
Streaks: stimulate consistent top performance
Streaks are all about consistency, achieving strong results time after time. For example, five consecutive reports scoring 90% or higher. This way, you’re not just aiming for peak moments but building lasting quality. If a weaker score breaks the streak, the count starts over. That’s why: the longer the streak, the better the reward!
For both Streaks and Milestones, you set the rules and choose suitable rewards from our catalogue. We handle everything else, from design to delivery.
