On October 10, 2025, the sixth edition of the Secret View Client Day took place at the iconic Pathé Tuschinski in Amsterdam. More than 75 clients, partners and colleagues came together for an afternoon full of inspiration, networking, and fresh insights into customer experience.

As a hospitality entrepreneur, you don’t just want to keep your guests satisfied, you want to give them an unforgettable experience and truly win their loyalty. You want guests who come back, share their enthusiasm about their visit, and ideally recommend your venue to others.

Letzten Monat sind wir wieder in die Stadt Bossche Bollen gereist, weil Marie-Stella-Maris Den Bosch den Award „Erlebnis des Monats“ gewonnen hat! Jeden Monat besuchen unsere Mystery Shopper Hunderte von Geschäften und Gaststätten, und aus all diesen Ergebnissen wählen wir das bemerkenswerteste, kundenfreundlichste oder herausragendste Erlebnis aus. Im August hob sich der Besuch in Marie-Stella-Maris von allen anderen ab.

Diesen Monat reisten wir nach Twente – die Region des Klootschießens (eines traditionellen niederländischen Ballwurfs), des Krentenwegge und eines ausgezeichneten Kundenservices. Denn Holland & Barrett Hengelo gewinnt unsere Auszeichnung Erlebnis des Monats! Jeden Monat besuchen unsere Mystery Shopper Hunderte von Geschäften und Gastronomiebetrieben. Aus all diesen Ergebnissen wählen wir die bemerkenswertesten, kundenfreundlichsten oder herausragendsten Erlebnisse aus. Im Juli war dies ohne Zweifel Holland & Barrett.

You probably know them from the iconic red-and-yellow vending wall: FEBO! We’re proud to share that we entered into a collaboration with FEBO a few months ago! FEBO has chosen Secret View to create insight in the guest experience, and measurably improve it, from ordering to delivery. Our mystery shoppers visit every FEBO location in the Netherlands each month.

We’ve got some sweet news for all our candy and chocolate fans: we’ve partnered with none other than Jamin! Following a successful pilot, it was time to take things further. From now on, our shoppers will visit all Jamin stores in the Netherlands six times a year.
