For all coffee lovers: we have an exciting new collaboration with Cavesco! You may know this brand from major coffee chains such as Doppio Espresso, Barista Café, and Chocolate Company. Our mystery shoppers visit more than 50 locations to map out the guest journey for them.
Mystery shopping as the key to success
Cavesco supports business owners in setting up and growing successful hospitality ventures. With a strong focus on innovation and support, this brand house ensures an optimal coffee and hospitality experience at every location. Secret View plays an important role in this: through mystery shopping research, we gather valuable insights into service, quality, and atmosphere at their venues.
Our mystery shoppers visit 54 locations throughout the year: 17 from Doppio Espresso, 25 from Barista Café, and 12 from Chocolate Company. During their visit, they assess the entire guest journey: from the first impression upon arrival and the initial greeting by employees, to product quality, hospitality, atmosphere, and of course, the farewell. These insights allow Cavesco to continuously optimize the guest experience and provide targeted support to its franchise partners.
A clear dashboard for guest experience
Cavesco deliberately chose Secret View for its clear and user-friendly dashboard. Our dashboard provides insights not only at the chain level but also by region and even individual location. All stakeholders within Cavesco, from franchisees to management, have direct access to the results and areas for improvement.
