You probably know them from the iconic red-and-yellow vending wall: FEBO! We’re proud to share that we entered into a collaboration with FEBO a few months ago! FEBO has chosen Secret View to create insight in the guest experience, and measurably improve it, from ordering to delivery. Our mystery shoppers visit every FEBO location in the Netherlands each month.

A rich history
FEBO is not just any vending wall, it’s one with a rich history. What started in 1941 as an artisanal bakery, grew into an icon of Dutch snack culture. Since 1960, the vending wall has been at the heart of their concept, with now more than 68 locations across the country!
But FEBO is more than just snacks. Alongside top-quality taste, the in-store experience is key when visiting FEBO. To measure how their strategy plays out in practice on the shop floor, FEBO turned to us.
Measurable feedback across different customer journeys
We examine four customer journeys: ordering online with home delivery, FEBO drive-through, ordering at the counter, and ordering via the vending wall. By analyzing these journeys separately, FEBO gains valuable insights into their guests’ experiences. Where do they already excel, and where are there still opportunities to improve the guest experience?
Dino Lobbes, Operational Director at FEBO, emphasizes:
